I wanted to buy a water heater recently. And I told the owner of the shop that he should plug the heater and boil water for me as a way to test the heater. He declined. I left his shop as went to a shop that were willing to carry out the test for me. And I bought the heater.

Electronics business requires that you must allow customers to extensively test a product before they pay.

But that's the right thing to do. If you don't about testing and the customer returns with a faulty one afterwards you can't defend yourself as you never tested it for the customer . So you would even he playing your'self as a seller

That's why some people in where I reside can't pay for any electronic products before it arrives. They opt for pay on delivery which affords them the opportunity to test before they pay.
