Most employees that are working for you don't even really care if your business is doing fine. They just want to get paid at the end of the month or whenever their pay is due. Have you accepted that fact as a business owner and employer?

If an employee only cares about getting the salary at the end of the month, s(he) is not putting his/her best efforts. S(he) should know that if the company is not doing well, s(he) will lose his/her job. That said, we cannot expect an employee to commit wholeheartedly for the business as the business owner.

At the end of the day you can't actually force them cause all they are after is how they can be paid to live a comfortable life. It would be best to simply focus on paying them well and they would work faithfully.

No hard feelings with that. They are supposed to be able to afford a living because they work. At least, they also help the business.
