In India it's the rich who have started encroaching land and making big buildings. They then start various shady ways to bride the revenue department to transfer the land in their name. In my residential area there are such rich people who are now trying collect this bribe amount from the residents. They are trying to run an extortion scam which I am protesting vehemently.

I am careful and deal only with the district administration. These rogues haven't yet tried to extract money openly but assorting to tricks.

That's the reason the poor in India are dying wretched deaths. There's no good health facility for them. Government hospitals are in bad state.
