English is still the only international language. But if you also know the local language and culture in the region where you want to work, it will make a good impression and probably help your business success. That is true in many cases even if their English is better than your command of their language.

I completely agree with that idea. Although English remains the most widely used language internationally, learning the local language and understanding its culture can make a huge difference when doing business. People appreciate it when someone makes an effort to communicate in their language, even if it's not perfect, because it demonstrates respect and commitment to their culture. Furthermore, understanding the customs and ways of thinking of the region helps build stronger and more trustworthy relationships. Often, a simple phrase in the local language can open doors that English alone cannot. I believe that, in business, empathy and a genuine desire to understand others are fundamental. It's not enough to speak well; it's also important to show genuine interest in the local culture and customs to achieve long-term success. This can be the key to differentiating yourself and forging more lasting partnerships.

It is true that English is still the international language but if you also know the local language and culture of the area you want to work in you get a fresh impression and often that brings business success even if they speak English better than you

It is like an Indian princess who builds her castle on solid rocks, the French idiom says petit à petit l’oiseau fait son nid, if you start learning the language and culture little by little you build a solid foundation and you win the hearts of people and the business grows
