People wonder what goes on in the minds of entrepreneurs and business people. They are always analysing variables to make decisions and sometimes, they are face to face with tough decisions. They have to make these calls for the sake of the business no matter who is hurt or bruised.

Just imagine having to fire your biological brother from your organization because it is for the interest of the business.

As an entrepreneur, you would definitely be faced with making tough decisions sooner or later. I try my best to make the decisions i can though.

I had to pull out of a contract with a childhood friend because it wasn't working for my business. Turning down the contract strained the relationship but I had to put the business first. Being able to make these decisions is what defines entrepreneurs.
