Entrepreneurship is all about selling goods and service. Why the need for leadership skills?

People would always say that entrepreneurship is all about creating and offering value to the market. At what point in this process is leadership skills necessary to be an entrepreneur? One can sell products and services without necessarily being a leader. True or False?

I think apart from the day to day business activities like availing of the goods and rendering of the services the leadership skills may be used on the process of managing of the workers and customers that come from different walks of life to one accord which is working towards achieving the business goals.

There is a point that it gets to in an entrepreneurial journey that you would have staff, they need to be led by you, the business owner.

I believe leadership skills is needed when you have plans to grow the business and have others working under you on the long run .

I think leadership skills are required. The business owner needs to be a role model for his/her subordinates and how to treat customers. It is also important to have leadership skills when the company is encountering tough situations.
