Erika Kirk reads daughter’s message

According to the report, President Donald Trump has now posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. The ceremony coincided with what would have been Kirk’s 32nd birthday. It came just over a month after the Turning Point USA founder was fatally shot at Utah Valley University. During the ceremony, Kirk's widow, Erika, shared her own remarks, which included her daughter's message to her late father.

I am so sorry for you and for your beautiful children. May God's love comfort you and bring forth peace that surpasses all understanding. The birthday greetings for Charlie Kirk's daughter are so overwhelming. Many cried, and I cried while reading the greetings to her dad.
