To save money, some banks are using AI for phone banking, responding to customer questions. However the AI cannot detect variations of the query and gives error messages repeatedly. Has any one else faced AI related phone banking errors?
 
Yes most banks tend to use ai, but in a situation where the ai cannot answer or sort out your issue, the ai always refers you to a live official, that's how it's done.
