Ethical and Legal to have a relationship with a business partner?

Is it ethical to have a romantic relationship with a business partner? What if it is true love?

For me I feel there is notting wrong with this. Both person are adults, so they should know the right thing to do. The most important thing is that it does not affect their business in any way.

Unless, they are both married it will be unethical and scandalous, In case, they are both single there is nothing wrong with it. Love is not also a hindrance being business partners.

If the partners are truly in love, I think the business will grow well. In India many couples run business together.
