Ethical principles are universal Standards of rights and wrongs which prescribe the kind of behaviours an ethical Person or corporate person should or should not engage in. Ethical principles provides a guide on decision-making and establish the criteria by which the decisions, actions and policies of professionals and bussiness executives are judged by others. Hence, they should be careful with both their characters and reputations.
