It's true every boss started as a worker. What makes them become boss. The simple logic, when they were workers, they hated to work with someone else offering an insignificant salaries and always facing a quota or time line. They're nailed 8 hours in a work that's repeated everyday.

Their experience led them to become entrepreneurs. Elon Musk was once a worker. Who is he today? A multi billionaire. So let's be the boss of ourselves and enjoy building wealth no matter how much it costs.

Exactly but these days we have people who wants to be bosses but do not want to start by working under someone. They want to lead but do not want to be lead.

Not all bosses started as workers, many become bosses because of heredity, their parents are very rich and own many businesses, so their children only need to continue after graduating from the MBA program

I agree, even though it's a small number, they or their hereditary bosses are often immediately famous because they also take part in the political sector, so their business gets bigger.

That's the norm in our society the rich get richer and the poor poorer. The kids inherit automatically the wealth of their parents. It's in their blood to run businesses. Capital is not a problem for them.

My elder brother used to be an employee in a small firm but never liked the behaviour of his boss and decided to start his own business and now after lots of struggle , he making good money from this business and living a good life.

Yes, if need to in order to experience a happy life during old age. Life's hard if reached old age broke. The time to start disciplining ourselves is now.

Well, the argument wasn't on which does better but if one can just start a business as a boss. So my argument isn't flawed as some people actually start out as a boss through acquired knowledge though it might not be as a worker.

Most of the people that you see as staff and co staff have dreams to start a business. They might just be working to raise a capital for their business ideas.

If your mind tells you to make something different then do it. Always find what is best to increase your finances. If feel being the boss of your own then do it.
