I do not have any idea of members here who would exchange your earnings to Paypal but just wait for others. They might know someone or someone who can do it for you.
I often read about the exchange of several payment platforms to PayPal such as: Chexch dot com, Okchanger dot com

I have checked the websites, most require a large amount of $30 or more for exchanging. I am interested in an exchanger who is converting even small amounts to Paypal.
It is pretty difficult to find someone that would exchange payeer funds to PayPal. That's because so many people don't fancy payeer as a payment option to have a functional Wallet with them.
