Exchanges which allow members to sell credits

There are several traffic and banner exchanges , members are expected to promote their own website with the credits they get. However, if the advertising or affiliate commissions are robbed, the exchange members would prefer to sell the credits for money. Is there any exchange which allows members to sell their credits for money?

Many years ago I was using a site called Alexa Master where you could sell credits, I don't know if it still exist.
