If I failed to do my daily walk, I substitute it by dancing inside my bedroom for 30 minutes before heading to work. I feel relaxed and on the go. Every weekend I dive into the deep sea as my weekly exercise and during holidays.
 
Dancing and swimming are actually two very good ways to exercise the body and help us stay healthy always.
That is right, our body is also demanding and giving us sickness if we do not comply with what our body wants. But there are also times that I feel too lazy to do any of those activities when I am rooted to watch videos, lol.

Lol that's understandable, even myself there are times where i am too lazy to do my morning walks or any kind of workout.

This day, I failed to do my morning exercise, I have to make it once I reach home from work and business this evening. But if I am so tired, I will ignore it, lol.
