I feel using an external keyboard for a smartphone to be stressful, it would be best try and fix the touchscreen.
I have never seen a smartphone with an external keyboard. How big would the smartphone keyboard likely be to be carried around with the smartphone?

The smartphone will mostly remain at home, it is not used for making and receiving calls, messages only for installing some apps for passive income, and a keyboard is required.
