Extra security for Donald Trump's motorcade in New York after assassination attempt

According to the report, a large convoy of security vehicles transports former President Donald Trump through New York City after another suspected assassination attempt on the presidential candidate.

The report said that sniper teams were set up around Trump Tower, and the street was blocked while the motorcade traveled in the same fashion that the Vice President's motorcade does.

The report added that the National Guard's Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team also traveled as part of the motorcade. An Aviation Unit from the New York Police Department (NYPD) watched over the motorcade as it moved.

In addition to the report, a Temporary Flight Restriction of 5 miles is in place during the visit. Dump trucks and snow plows surrounded Trump Tower to prevent vehicles from ramming.
