Factors affecting the APR on USDT and other cryptos

A week ago, Binance was offering almost 20% or more APR on USDT as part of their simple earn product. Now the APR has reduced to 10% . What is the reason for the drastic decline in Binance APR?

I also noticed this because I have a lot of USDT assets in the Earn section and this exchange. In my opinion, the main reason is liquidity. If they do not have enough funds for trading operations, then they increase interest in order to attract more assets, then when they have enough, they reduce this APR

Lastly there is an offer of up to 25% APR if you activate the earn feature for USDT and USDC, but I am personally not interested even though I have USDT on Binance but for trading purposes. not long-term investment.
