Favorite pratical joke done?

What's the best / worst practical joke that you've played on someone or that was played on you?

My pranks usually involve people not knowing I'm there, and then suddenly speaking up and surprising them, or suddenly showing up at the "wrong time" in the conversation and having them freak out over what they just said. Pretty fun to do that if done correctly.

In my case it was actually done to me, the worse prank that happened to me was when my three year old hid my phone for days simply cause i was not giving her attention. I ended up believing the phone had been stolen until i found where she kept it after some days. Till date am still wondering how she could even get that kind of idea at that age.
