A web hosting company is charging a very high amount monthly for webhosting, yet is suspending all the addon domains, not replying to support tickets. I am considering filing a chargeback against the webhosting company, has anyone filed a chargeback?

If a hosting company overcharges you monthly, disables your domain extension, or ignores your support requests, it's a sign of poor service. Asking for a refund may be your last resort, but before that, it's a good idea to contact them through various channels, such as email, phone or social media, and provide proof of PayPal payment. If you still haven't received a response and your account hasn't been restored, requesting a refund will protect your finances and give you the opportunity to switch to a more transparent and supportive hosting company for long-term peace of mind.
