According to the report, an Italy-based Filipina rhythmic gymnast Jasmine Althea Ramilo came out with another sterling performance after winning gold and silver medals in the 4th International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament Viravolta-Jael in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia in Spain on Oct. 25-26.
Ramilo, whose parents came from Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur, bagged the hoop title and settled for silver in the ball event even without her parents around to cheer her up.
The report also said that after Ramilo’s successful stint in Spain, Althea is set to train gain for the next competition which will be held in Germany, next month.
Her consistent winning is a testament that this girl is having appositive mindset and consistency to focus more on her training to explore more for her beloved country and family.
