For me l can agree with that. The financial assets are very limited and they are never enough for every case.

For a country, if it continuously prints money to finance government projects, inflation will arise. Meanwhile, for individuals there is the term financial freedom where we will not worry about finances, but achieving this level will be very difficult.
Everything in life is limited so we just have to always work to achieve the little we can for our good
I think there are abundance of financial assets. Cash, stock equity investments, mutual funds, bonds and account receivables are all considered to be financial assets. It depends on how many assets you own and how you manage them.
If the original poster is talking about the concept of scarcity, it is the quality that gives any economic commodity it's intrinsic value.
