Fire guts three radio stations in Abia State. Nigeria

On Saturday night, a devastating fire engulfed and destroyed electronic broadcasting equipment worth millions at three radio stations in Aba, Abia State. Nigeria

The affected stations, Enyimba 94.3 FM, Rose 101.9 FM, and Legend 98.3 FM, are located off Margret Avenue along the PZ axis of Aba-Owerri Road in Aba North Local Government Area. Though independently operated, these stations share a common building, which intensified the damage.

That's really bad, it would cost a lot for the owners of these buildings to start again, not to mention trying to buy back these equipments all over again.

It is very unfortunate that fire should razed down a house of that important and no government fire service is there to stop the fire. It seems the fire have some political undertone.
