I think fish is highly recommended due to their high protein content. you can either Grilled, boiled or steamed your fish and it will be nutritionally far more better than meat. What do you think?
Both fish meat and other meat have high amount of protein, but white meat have low amount of saturated fat and that is good for our health, white meats are chicken and fish meat, and yeah fish is full of omega 3 which is good for our neuron system and our brain development.
Fish is better nutritionally compared to meat but it is also more expensive. The fish should be cooked properly, otherwise the persons eating the fish may suffer from food poisoning .
As for me, it is fish. I do not eat meat that much because hypertension runs in the family. Plus, eating too much red meat can damage the kidneys. Fish is much healthier, in my humble opinion. Salmon and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
