Five Minutes of Daily Training Video vs Three Day Seminar - Which would be more effective for training staff?

There is always a need to train and re-train staff. Do you think that having a five minutes training video play everyday to your staff would have more results on improving the skills of staff than a three day seminar to train the staff.

Which option would you pick as a business owner?

As boss, I choose five-minute videos every day. This builds habits and helps mind remember small things without getting tired. Three-day seminars make people forget things quickly.

I would rather use the five minutes training video for a longer timeframe to teach my team than to try and cram everything into a three day seminar.

Training seminars are actually boring and it hardly ever improves staff. I would prefer 5 minutes daily video over a three day seminar.

With three days seminar, staff are overloaded with jams of data that they would forget before the staff applies it. Micro learning is easier for staff to apply daily.

I think a three day seminar would be quite effective because notes will be taken and experiences will be shared. Just like when we were students, we learnt practically by attending classes and taking down notes. If it was never boring then, then it can't be now.
