Floods in Bulgaria causing problems

At least three persons, including two rescue personnel, have died as a result of flooding in portions of southeast Bulgaria. Infrastructure in the area has been devastated, and hundreds of people have had to leave their homes. A state of emergency has been imposed on a portion of the nation's Black Sea coastline, where houses are without electricity and cars have been carried away. The moment dozens of cars were washed away in the village of Elenite is captured on video.

This is really scary, i can imagine the state of the citizens of that place at the moment. Floods can be pretty dangerous.

That is always the rest when there is a monster flood. Many will be affected. Some lose their properties, like homes and vehicles.
