I usually use a lenovo tablet for posting online. Today I find that some URLs are not opening on the tablet. Is this problem due to hacking or is there any other reason, how to fix it?

I could open it on another tablet which used the same IP address, so I think it was hacked. How to find out how it was hacked, and fix the problem at present.
