You are right he want people that are always active so that they get the job done on time as the tasks do have timeframe.

I have not continued working on Foorum Filler. I started already but there were problems and when I logged back after some days, it said that I made a wrong password, so I no longer aspire tp write in Forum Filler. I was the first to join though.

I heard if you don't pass the English test, you would not be accepted. Did you get to pass the test because others are saying it is a technical test.
