Even though you might be using forums for earning, participating in forum posting allows you to practice writing, express your views on various topics, and build writing skills. Article sites, on the other hand, are suitable for longer articles ranging from 500 to 600 words. Participating in forums can help you prepare for writing articles on article sites. While you build writing skills on forums and article sites, you can start once you build some writing experience.

I love forum sites for that reason. Article writing can take a long time. I don't have a good paid to write article site in hand at present. I am on lookout for one for quite some time. Moreover, I don't have much time at hand right now to go for article writing. Participating regularly on the forum sites help me stay connected to the world, learn and share new things. And it doesn't let my writing skills rust. And it's working for me as the time limitation at hand does not hinder

I love writing but I have just never thought of myself to be writing so much, like become an article writer and start getting paid from this. I have always wanted to be teaching online instead. But I like to be in forums and I learn a lot of what people share.

Article writing is a more serious business and would need more time and effort. A lot of research also goes in to write a quality article. Forums have discussions and the content need not be more elaborate. You can continue with shorter conversations on any thread. It definitely less demanding and one can do it easily. And definitely it helps with flow of idea and articulation, the skills that are very important for writing.

I agree with you on that. In fact the participating on the forum sites really equips the users with the writing practices and being paid for that too.
True, it's more like killing multiple birds with one stone, while you are learning and improving your writing skills, you are also earning.
