To foster strong customer relationships is necessary for the business, they bring money to your business. They are good assets that help build the future of your business to be always strong, attractive, and profitable. As a business owner, you must also train your workers to be polite and respectful to the customers. Those customers also have their own businesses, therefore, respect is very important to get respected by them too. Another way to foster strong customer relationships is trust. If they build goodwill with you then there is no reason why not allow them to purchase goods through installment. That way makes customers feel proud of your business and they will never betray you. What else can you say?
 
The truth of the matter is that you as a business owner might not always have the time to be with your workers or interact with your employees. Your workers are the ones always dealing with the customers, so it is very important you train them properly on how to deal with customers. I have seen cases where customers refuse to return due to a particular worker.
