I wanna share with you the franchising steps should you like to own a business through franchising. These were the ones I followed when I decided to pwn a business through franchising. These are the following:
Step 1. You must look for your own location.
A. If the location is within the mall we require an award notice or lease proposal before our site evaluation.
B. If the location is in a busy street, terminal, school, or campus, you must have a written agreement with the lessor that the location will be leased by you before our site evaluation.
Step 2. Call the office for the schedule of the site evaluation.
Step 3. A 50% deposit of the total package price is required before the food cart construction.
Step 4. The owner will attend Business Operation meetings.
Step 5. Selected crews will attend orientation and training.
Step 6. Signing of Franchise Agreement.
Step7. Full Payment upon delivery of the food cart.
These are the requirements:
1. Duly accomplished franchise application form
2. Lease offer or written agreement from your lessor
3. Pictures of your proposed location
4. At least 2 valid IDs
5. Any proof of billing under your name
