You can create free blogs with blogspot, wordpress, etc. You can also create account on content aggregator like hubpages, medium, vocal etc. and publish your blogs. Between these two options which one do you like, the free hosted blogs or content aggregator? I have used both and I think content aggregator is better than free hosted blogs when money making is your main concern.
