Freelance Writing vs Forum Posting- Which suits you best?

Writing is now a major online gig that people use to make money. There are people that just base on freelance writing of articles for blogs, brands and the likes. Then, there is paid posting where people are paid to make short posts on forums.

Which one suits you more as someone that wants to earn from writing. For me, I am okay with both.

Actually, I prefer freelance writing, because I can write a complete and whole article and it is more useful for readers, but writing articles takes a long time while my time is very limited, while forum posting will be faster and easier. but the information is less detailed.
