French court rules on workplace harassment

A French court ruled against a company that harassed a worker with emails. For me, the most relevant aspect is justice. Personally, I think it’s inspiring how workers gain protection. What surprises me is the limited compensation awarded. For me, the most important step is reform. In the end, I believe workplace rights must be strengthened
