If you ever find yourself in the province where I currently reside, you might be surprised to see the abundance of fried chicken stands selling their crispy chickens. It seems they have been doing it for a long time and are all earning a good living. I have tried a few of them, but I have a particular favorite. The sauce that comes with the chicken is so delicious, it's what sets it apart from the others.

Even in my residential area, there is a lot of fried chicken stand but i wonder how they manage to make money. There is a serious economic crisis now in my country, people hardly afford their daily meals.

Inflation has made life harder for many people, but despite the challenges, they continue to find ways to survive. It's worth noting that food is a necessity, and people will always find a way to obtain it, even in difficult circumstances.

Over here this is very popular, especially at night you we come across a lot of them. They usually also sell it with fried yam or potatoes.

Fried chicken has spread around the country and became a staple. people here love fried chicken is deep-fried in lard, but can be cooked in corn oil, peanut oil, canola oil or vegetable oil to attract more people to buy

Hahaha, i wanted to buy some yesterday, but the guy selling was just too slow. It was already getting late so i angrily left. He had fried only the chicken, and he was busy pressing his phone.

Same here! There isn’t any type of meat that I’ll turn down as long as it’s fried & seasoned correctly.

That's better. I prefer roasted chicken. There are some places that sell roasted chicken as well, but there are more fried chicken stands here.

Lol yes they usually dip it in raw eggs, then some also add bread crumbs as well then fry to give it that crispy feeling.

I noticed a lot of people Love it this way including me. if you make it this way you would make a whole lot of sale

Yes it is usually sweeter that way and makes it looks different from the one you would normally fry in your own house.

In my local area, it's almost like a competition, I am quite concerned as I wonder how they make a living in an environment were everyone wants to explore and thrive. The funny thing is that they are all good so I wonder how they make a decent Living
