Recently popular tiktoker Peller has been trending online for trying to kill himself online while driving because his girlfriend (another tiktoker ended their relationship) while most people still believe this might be a content, the car crash was real and now, FRSC is on the case and are about to prosecute him over crash. Live streaming, content creation, recording or engaging in any activity that distracts a driver while driving is a direct violation of established road traffic regulations and poses grave danger not only to the driver but to other innocent road users.”

According Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, the action would be for “reckless driving, use of phone while driving, and distracted driving, in accordance with extant traffic laws.”

The case of Peller, the TikToker who attempted to stage a fatal crash live on air, highlights the dangers of distracting activities while driving. Although some may think it was just for content, the crash was real and could have had tragic consequences. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has stated that this type of behavior violates traffic laws and endangers the lives of everyone on the road. According to Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed, the matter will be prosecuted as reckless driving, using a phone while driving, and distracted driving, all of which are serious offenses under existing laws. This case serves as a reminder that content creation should not compromise road safety. It is crucial that drivers avoid any activity that distracts them from the road to prevent accidents and save lives.

That was a very dangerous move by him, personally i feel this is part of the dangers of content creators who are willing to do anything just to trend.
