App development has really advanced today. And many developers are building apps that are generally very addictive. Between games apps and social media apps, which ones are designed to be very addictive in your own opinion?

I am not addicted to game apps, they're a waste of time. I consider to focus more on social media like Facebook because it's where I displayed my online business on Facebook Market Place. I always followup my customers.

In a pure spirit, social media is the root of addiction. Games are also a noma but apps like TikTok, Insta and X take your mind without mercy. Their algorithms know you better than your friends. But if you know your limits and set aside time for yourself, you can enjoy it without getting damaged. Tech is not bad. It's how you use it.

I think both are designed to be addictive, it all boils down to individual differences, this is what makes one more addictive than the other.

There are games that are very addictive. There are games like Temple Run that are designed to be very engaging and people get addicted to it even playing it for the first time.
fine bro. there are those games that just grab you the first time. Temple Run is a classic of that genre. The way it is played with speed, obstacles, and endless chase, it makes one forget about time completely. It's like your brain just wants “one more run” every hour.

These games are designed to trigger dopamine. the feeling of winning, avoiding obstacles, and unlocking new things. It's fun, but it's also a local trap. With discipline, you can enjoy it without getting too deep. Play smart, don't play until you forget about life outside.

I find TikTok and Instagram to be more addictive than any video game. They made it to seem like a digital playground.
Bro you are absolutely right TikTok and Instagram are like a mouse trap once you get in you can't get out it's like someone being given ugali and meat and then told not to eat it is very difficult

Those apps are designed with high intelligence every swipe you find something new that interests you until you find yourself stuck there for an hour without even knowing

It's a digital playground but it's not just for kids even adults are diving into it without stopping
