According to the report, Gas stations in Russia are being shut down en masse due to a drop in production at oil refineries amid Ukrainian drone attacks. Over the past two months, the number of gas stations in the country has decreased by 360, or 2.6%, according to media reports. Statistical data suggests that one in every fifty Russian gas stations has stopped selling gasoline. Independent gas stations have been hit the hardest, with their numbers dropping by 4.1%, while stations owned by vertically integrated oil companies saw only a 0.8% drop. Over 220 stations have been shut down in the Southern Federal District. In the Rostov region, gas stations have decreased by 12–14%. Amid this crisis, the Russian government is exploring the possibility of imposing restrictions on diesel fuel exports, as a wave of Ukrainian drone strikes on its oil refineries has forced authorities to focus on ensuring domestic supplies and prices for this type of fuel. According to a Bloomberg report, Moscow does not want to repeat the depth of the gasoline crisis by nipping it in the bud for diesel fuel. The tough measures will primarily target so-called resellers – speculators who acquire short positions in diesel fuel in Russia and then ship it abroad. This was reported by sources familiar with the government discussions to the Western news agency. All this means that a wave of repression against fuel sellers is beginning in Russia.

One in fifty Russian gas stations has closed down. But, always look on the bright side of life; when there are losers, there are also winners – the Russian fuel crisis is good news for the country's many donkey breeders. This will never happen of the war ended years ago. Soon, Russia will turn bankrupt and in the verge of economic turmoil. Let alone the companies that were drone by Ukraine , NATO, Britain and soon Poland and Germany.
