Customers are kings and they love to be treated like one. They always repeatedly patronise a business that gives them exclusive treatment. That feeling of making your each customer feel like the only person in the world is glorious to customers.

How can I create that exclusive feelings to my customers?

A simple thing as welcoming a customer with a smile can keep the customer patronizing for ages. When a customer walks into my shop, I simply offer him or her a hug/handshake then I politely give my customer a seat to relax and place his or her order. That's how I retain my customers.

This is such a wonderful approach. When you genuinely welcome each person and offer your warm, attentive smile, you create a feeling of true value. That personal connection transforms a simple transaction into a pleasant experience they will remember and wish to repeat.

With this approach, it is quite easy to create bonds with customers. That's an excellent approach. Customers love to be valued this way.

A little gesture such as remembering their name, or their favorite product is one of the ways to nake make them feel special.
That's true. If you extend it further to knowing and remembering their birthdays, it really makes them feel special and valued by the business.

Oh by doing that you have won their hearts. Like banks normally send birthday messages to their customers, but on my birthday i got a call instead from premium trust bank, this was a bank account i did not open by choice so i rarely use it. But due to that call, i started using it.
