Getting gpay OTP on tablet

I do not use GPay since I do not have a Linked bank account yet I am getting gpay OTP repeatedly. How to find out who is sending these otps or misusing the sim/ phone number to generate otps ?

Maybe GPay is a lending platform, so you don't need to respond or reply to the OTP you receive repeatedly, you just need to delete it without responding or replying to the message, over time they will get bored.
