Has anyone else noticed a recent change in how Gmail displays its action menu items (Archive, Report Spam, Delete, Mark as Unread, Move to, etc.)? It seems like these options are no longer perpetually visible, but instead only reveal themselves once you've actually selected a particular email.

I'm curious to hear what you all think about this.
