When you push through to make your customers satisfied, you leave a lasting positive impression on the minds of the customers. However, some customers might end up taking advantage of that.

Do you think a business should go the extra miles to serve a customer?

Even when you go extra miles to serve a customer, it is still no guarantee that the customer would be loyal.

I personally don't think it's a bad thing, but at the same time it would be good to know your limits. You don't have to let them walk all over you simply because you want to serve them.
