Nope, government in my country does not falsely claim that its fraud employees own online businesses. never heard of it
Although my country is one of the leading on the corruption practices, there are no such cases here at all.

Government in my country does not do this, the highest I know of is that they might create ghost companies just to secure contracts and the likes.
The intelligence agencies claim that they are hiring experts in different fields, so some high status well connected people are falsely claiming to own the online business after robbing the data of the online worker, investor who is criminally defamed to cover up the online, financial fraud,. slavery.
