Government employees faking hardware ownership

Some government employees do not want to spend money on hardware, internet connection, only rob the data of online investors, workers to get great powers, monthly government salary. Shockingly the top tech, internet companies are supporting this fraud since 2010. How to end this government hardware fraud?

That's humans for you they just like to exploit others and some of them might just be those in the place of authority

I think the original owners need to take actions and come out to defend what is actually their own, maybe this way the government won't be doing this.
