Domains are not free, every year renewal expenses have to be paid. Since 2010, some government employees are falsely claiming to own domains of a private citizen to get monthly salaries and refuse to legally purchase the domains. These same government employees have plenty of money to purchase expensive cars, paying the market price, yet refuse to purchase domains paying the real domain investor and are supported by top tech, internet companies.
