Research indicates that those who practice gratitude experience better sleep, increased stress tolerance, and deeper connections with others.

However, being thankful brings us closer to God in addition to its health benefits.

We begin to see new beauty, meaning, joy, and hope all around us when we turn our attention from ourselves to the God who gave up all for us.

Forgive me Lord, for I have sinned and thus have made too many enemies to be grateful.

Psalm 23 said:
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You have anointed my head with oil;
My cup overflows.
6 Certainly goodness and faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life,
And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever.

I pray for your provision. Amen.

It depends on the culture of the country and place where you live in. A large number of people who I trusted have exploited , cheated and robbed me.They have been rewarded with lucrative government jobs for faking ownership of my online, bank account and have become very rich, while I am making great losses.
