Greece has some seriously cool desalination plants. What I find most interesting is how they help keep the water supply stable. It's amazing how tech can fix water shortages. I'm also blown away by how well these plants work. Cost is a big deal for me too. Overall, I think Greece is doing a solid job protecting its islands' water.
