Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a young woman identified as Plangdes Nelson Rengkwar from her residence in Dong community, Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Plangdes, a chef and baker, was abducted by the gunmen who invaded her residence on Monday, September 14, 2025.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that her brother was also kidnapped.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report. Meanwhile, friends and acquaintances have expressed fear over the safety of the victim, calling on the state governor and security agencies to rescue her.
