No one knows everything absolutely. For some persons doing businesses that have to do with certain skills, there might be some level to which your knowledge is not up to yet. Has a customer brought a job that you are sure you can't do? Your skills and knowledge is not up to that level. How did you manage that situation? How can a person generally manage that kind of situation?
 
You can actually learn everything you want to learn and deliver that work if you are deliberate about delivering it.
 
Whenever a person gives me w job, before giving a feedback, or accepting the job, i always ensure that i can do it. In a situation where I can't, i let them know immediately.
