Has any ad networks closed down without paying you

I was once using ad network called Bitcoadz. It paid through bitcoin. It offered multiple types of ads including banner ads and pop up ads. I received my first payment and before I could reach my second payment, the ad network closed down. They did not even send me email saying they were closing down. It paid via bitcoin and I lost 0.003 BTC when it closed down.
