One of the easiest ways to monetize your website is through donations. You can add donate button on your website and people visiting your website might donate to you and you make money. Has this method worked for you? Do you still used donation based monetization? Well, when I was starting, I used this method and I was able to generate enough money to pay fo domain and hosting renewal for m website. But I stopped doing ti a long time ago

I also tried the donation method on my blog when I was starting out. I had put a donate button and surprisingly a few people donated. It helped pay for the domain and hosting costs for a few months. It wasn’t a lot of money but it gave me motivation to keep writing.

I later stopped using that method because I felt like people weren’t willing to donate anymore. I also wanted to try other methods like affiliate marketing and advertising. But I still believe donations can work if you have a community that cares about you and your content is valuable.

I don't feel good to raise my website through donation. For me it's all about feeling, I want to raise my online work through my own skills and resources. Honestly speaking I never tried it.
